Dawn Hudson

Dawn Hudson is Vice Chairman of the Parthenon Group.  She has extensive experience in executive leadership spanning consumer goods, foodservice, and communication companies.  Her focus has been on strategic analysis and vision setting, share growth through brand building and industry-leading innovation, and negotiating sports and constomer deals.

She recently completed an 11-year stint at PepsiCo as the CEO fo the $6 Billion North American beverage business.  At Pepsi she created significant partnerships with the NFL, MLB, NHL, and MLS.

Previously she spend 13 years in the marketing, advertising, and branding strategy areana with leadership positions at major agencies such as DMDB (D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles) and Omnicom.  She is an out-going Chairman of the Board of Directors of the LPGA, having led their global expansion strategy.  Her other board positions include Lowe’s Home Improvement Company and AllerganInc.

Ms. Hudson is a graduate of Dartmouth College and an avid tennis player, golfer, skier, and general sports enthusiast.
